Regina McCann Hess has dedicated her career to helping people put the full power of their financial resources and life experiences to work toward pursuing their personal vision of a successful future. With more than two decades of financial planning experience behind her, Regina founded Forge Wealth Management so that she could offer clients a truly independent advisory partnership. As president, she enjoys the freedom she has to define the success of her firm on her own terms. Regina’s background as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional assists her in keeping the highest standards for her clients the designation comes with extensive training in financial planning, estate planning, insurance, investments, taxes, employee benefits, and retirement planning, as well as in CFP® Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct, which are rigorously enforced. As a CFP® professional, Regina is required to uphold her certification through continuing education—something to consider with new financial instruments appearing regularly on the consumer market. In fact, CFP® certification is the most recognized in the industry for personal financial planning. As a CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST® professional, Regina works together with clients and attorneys to guide them through the financial complexities of the divorce process. Financial divorce analysis helps to focus on a stable economic future. This also helps prevent long-term regret with financial decisions made during the divorce process.

In her spare time Regina participates in many civic and community organizations, including St. Mary’s Franciscan Shelter for Homeless Families, an emergency shelter assisting homeless families to get back up on their feet. She also loves to read, cook, bike, travel, and drink wine with friends. She has three children—Collin, Matthew, and Bridget (two in college!)—and lives with her husband, Joe, and mother, Theresa, in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
